Frequently asked questions
Does this replace a redesign?
No, it's the step before. It tells you what's working in your brand and what isn't, so a redesign targets what actually matters.
Do I need to give you access to anything?
No, everything I audit is public: your site, your social accounts and your online presence.
How do you define the brand blind spots?
I compare your brand against the risks typical of your industry, not against a generic list that fits any business.
Do you check if my color palette has good contrast?
I measure your palette's contrast against the WCAG standard, along with your logo, typography, and how consistent they are across your pages. It is part of the visual system, one of the six points in the report.
How do you evaluate if my message is clear?
I check whether your hero explains in 5 seconds who you're for and why to choose you, without jargon nobody understands. That's the positioning and messaging part of the report.
Do you look at technical things too, or just design?
I also check trust signals that affect how your brand is perceived: a professional email, your 404 page, working forms, SSL, and your legal pages.
