Frequently asked questions
What access do you need?
Read-only on Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, plus the site address. If either one isn't set up yet, tell me and we'll get it running before the first report. I don't ask for access to your code, your hosting or your admin panel.
Do you fix what you find?
The report says what to do, in what order and on which page, and your team ships it. If you'd rather I ship it, that's the monthly maintenance plan and it's quoted separately.
Does it work if someone else built my site?
It works with any published site: WordPress, Shopify, Tiendanube or custom built. The measurement is on the site your visitors see, not on how it's built underneath.
How is this different from checking Analytics myself?
Analytics shows you loose numbers for the month. The report tells you what they compare against, which ones matter for your business and the three things worth doing about it, and the following month it checks whether they worked.
Is it worth it if my site has little traffic?
Below roughly a hundred visits a month the numbers move at random and the report can't separate signal from noise. Send me the domain and I'll tell you before we start whether there's enough volume.
Is the first report useful if we're just starting?
If you were already measuring, it's usually the one that surprises people most: it's built from the 16 months Search Console has stored, whatever history Analytics holds, and about six months of speed data, so you'll see what moved over the past year even though nobody was watching. If measurement gets set up with me, the first one is shorter and the history starts running from there.
Can I cancel anytime?
It's month to month, no lock-in. You stop by telling me before the current month closes and the next one isn't charged.
