Data controller

Nicolás Bilinkis, Buenos Aires, Argentina. For anything related to personal data: nico@bilinkis.com.

What is collected and why

Only what you enter and what the site needs to work and improve.

  • Free website diagnosis: the domain you analyze. If you leave your email, name or WhatsApp, they are used to send you the report, a follow-up after 48 hours and, if you asked for it, a proposal. A domain analyzed without contact details is recorded as a statistic, not linked to any person.
  • Quote request: business name, WhatsApp, current site and what you want to solve, to put together the quote and reply.
  • Drafts: what you type into a form is saved even if you never send it, so the inquiry can be recovered if you got cut off halfway. Those drafts trigger no emails and are not shared with anyone.
  • Emails: reports and follow-ups go out through Resend, which records whether the email was delivered, opened or clicked.

Measurement and advertising

To understand how the site is used and measure campaigns, it loads Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps), the Meta pixel, the LinkedIn Insight tag and the Google Ads conversion tag. They use cookies and each provider's own identifiers. What you type inside a form field is never recorded by Clarity.

You can block them with incognito mode, a content blocker or your browser's cookie settings: the site keeps working the same.

Where it is stored

Contact details, quote requests and drafts are stored in a MongoDB Atlas database, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access restricted to Nicolás Bilinkis. The site runs on Vercel. No data is sold to third parties or shared with anyone beyond the providers listed above, which only process it to deliver their service.

How long it is kept

As long as it serves the purpose it was given for: the length of the conversation or the business relationship. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time, no justification needed.

Your rights

Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326) gives you the right to access your data, correct it, update it or have it deleted, free of charge and at any time. Write to nico@bilinkis.com and I handle it directly.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority for Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of personal data protection rules.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this same page with an updated date.
