From a 45-second wait to a site that shows prices and results

Vapadu sells AI agents that handle WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, and is a Meta Business Partner. Its site took 45 seconds to open, showed no prices and never said what its clients were getting. We rebuilt it end to end.

The challenge

The product worked and its clients' results proved it: a law firm converted 60% more inquiries and a medical center cut no-shows by 40%. None of that showed on the site: no prices, no testimonials with results, and a main button that said “Chat now”.

On top of that came the wait: 45 seconds before the content appeared on a phone, with text and buttons jumping around while it loaded. A company backed by Meta with a site that said the opposite.

What we did

We measured before touching anything

Speed, accessibility, search engines and the whole buying path. The biggest finding was not technical: the site talked about features where the visitor was looking for results.

Prices in plain sight, clients by name

Four plans with their price, four testimonials with numbers from different industries, and the main button changed from “Chat now” to “Request a demo”.

Rebuilt, not repainted

A new site, a coherent visual system and animations with a purpose. The content now appears 26 times faster.

Frequently asked questions

Why did it take 45 seconds to load?

The site was overloaded with unoptimized scripts and animations, and the content jumped around while loading (a CLS of 0.53). We rebuilt the whole site instead of patching what was there.

What changed besides speed?

The message: it went from talking about features to showing what customers gain, with four testimonials backed by numbers and visible pricing across four plans. The main button changed from "Chat now" to "Request a demo".

What improved in accessibility and SEO?

Accessibility went from 80 to 97 and search readiness from 92 to 100, measured with Google PageSpeed Insights before and after delivery.
